    Para Tomar en Cuenta! Un libro de recetas excepcional en Ingles y Español! Tal como su nombre lo indica, “Comer Bien con Diabetes” es eso y mucho más. La preparación de las comidas no toma tiempo y no solamente es para las personas con diabetes sino, para que toda la familia pueda saborear estos platillos saludables.Cuando tengo una fiesta, preparo algunas de estas recetas y mis amistades se quedan sorprendidas por el sabor de ellos.Muchas gracias por pensar en la comunidad Latina!

    Food that looks good and gets good reviews from my wife I enjoy cooking and wanted to add some new and healthy recipes to my diet. I decided to do one recipe a day for several weeks. The response was immediate–my wife loved how the food looked and tasted. I really liked the Totilla Pizza, Salmon Cakes with Roasted Red Pepper, and especially the amped-up Hot and Sour Carrots (not your mother’s boiled carrots). Thanks for a fun cookbook. I am heading to Barcelona next year, and I am using the Spanish portion of the recipes to learn more food terms in Spanish.

    I am usually too busy to cook a good, healthy meal, however this book makes it easy to follow recipes that not only taste delicious but they don’t take too much work. I am glad to have foudn this book and will certainly be using it on a regular basis. Thank you
