    Not really helpful This was not worth the money spent on it. It was more like a brochure than a book and did not really tell you anything that anyone contemplating starting Atkins does not already know. There were no recipes, no real guidelines and no new information than I already knew. Save your money for the real book by Dr Atkins himself. Don’t get this.

    Best diet guide ever! I just love the simplicity of this book. It helps you understand the mechanics of a good diet. It helps you change your way of thinking and to understand a healthy way to keep your metabolism working properly.
