These are six simple tips that I used when I needed to lose a lot of weight and was not able to exercise due to a back condition. This isn’t a long read. I give you the few things I followed and why they’re really common sense that I just never thought about until it was almost too late.

Hopefully it will inspire you and help you reach your goal, no matter if its 15 or 115 lbs. you need to lose. Or maybe you can’t or just don’t have time to exercise to make up for your bad eating habits.

This is not some fad diet or miracle cure. It’s just some simple things that are common sense but most of us don’t normally consider that for me personally made an incredible difference and allowed me to get dramatically healthier without dieting or starving myself. The simplest thing I could say is that I made it a simple math problem of needing to get from point A to point B and what I was doing was driving in the opposite direction. It was surprisingly simple once I had a plan that was just as simple and didn’t require dramatic changes which never worked for me in the past when tried.

Even if this can spark your own answer to your personal math problem it will be well worth both of our time.
