Letter from the editor, Kelly Rawlings: Getting a nutritious meal on the table for our family is a health-smart daily goal for many of us. When you or someone in your family has diabetes, healthful eating has to be a priority. But it’s not always easy. I know because I have had type 1 diabetes since I was 4.
