Now, Rip outlines his proven plan in this book. With Rip as your expert coach and motivator, you’ll transform your body and lifestyle in a month. His plant-powered eating plan is based on a diet of whole foods, including whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and seeds. “Waisting Away” I did it So can you

Sunday, October 7th, 2012

When I was a child my grandmother introduced me to soul food and I established my eating habits from there.I ate lots of heavily seasoned fried foods. I got bigger and bigger after the death of my daughter’s father, and my grandmother. I held on to food for comfort, I was lonely.I was 5 feet 6 inches tall and 195 pounds. I was diagnosed as a border-line diabetic, it forced me to reevaluate my lifestyle. I began visiting shopping malls and interviewing people randomly to talk about their dietary habits and body types. Most people had the same eating habits as I did. They didn’t practice portion control, exercise, and ate high fat fried foods. Some of their stories were similar, others were funny. Read their comments in my book “Waisting Away” to find out if you’ve ever felt the same. I encourage people interested in better living to earnestly work toward changing their lifestyles, to live a fruitful and more productive life. When I was a child my grandmother introduced me to soul food and I established my eating habits from there.I ate lots of heavily seasoned fried foods.
