I selected this bag for our trip from San Francisco to the Galapagos Islands via Ecuador. I have a high end thermal temperature reader and ran pre-checks(Sorry, didn’t write down actual numbers) but the blue ice temperature was around 21 degrees when I inserted it the med bag, Too cold for my insulin but was floored when the surface temperature through the mesh was about 36 degrees within the allowable range for my insulin. With the 3 hour wait at the airport, 5 hour flight to miami, 2 hour layover there and then about 4-5 hours for the flight and get to our hotel in Quito, I arrived at the hotel and the inside of the bag was in the I would guess mid 60’s.

Very useful!

I used this for a month-long trip to Egypt and Morocco. Fit all my supplies perfectly. Fits in a backpack or carry-on. Everything in one place. I keep copies of my prescriptions and letters from my doctors in the side pouches, the large Frio containers with my Lantus and Humalog in the net pouch on the other side. Very useful.

I highly recommend for travel

I highly recommend for travel. I used this for a vacation it kept my insulin cold and there was room for all my diabetic needs. I even was asked where I got it by other people. I showed it to them and really liked one lady said when she gets home she was ordering for her son that travels a lot.

Very nice. Too large for our needs

Very nice. Too large for our needs. My son needed an everyday kit for school and local activities. If we traveled this would be perfect.

Great, except that ice pack weighs a lot. I used two 3-ounce ice packs that I bought separately and they kept my meds cool for a total of 14 hours of travel (car and plane)

Lots of space…just heavy!

This bag is heavy without your medication in it! I wish it was not so heavy, but it does have lots of room to store your medications.
