I carry this everywhere. Literally everywhere. For six months, this has been my constant companion. And I am not gentle with it. It’s held up remarkably well–it looks almost new. So, I would rate it highly for durability. In it, I keep my test kit, in the pouch that came with it; two types of insulin; two types of syringes; a Trulicity pen when traveling; an extra vial of test strips; tissues, hand cream, hand sanitizer, and saline nasal spray; my dietary log and insurance information; and an ice pack. The smallest pouch holds my used syringes until I can get them to my sharps disposal. That speaks to the amount of things this holds. The ice pack compartment has drain holes (I like this feature). It keeps my insulin cold as needed. I hope this company is still in business when this eventually needs to be replaced, as I will get another just like it. I tried several other bags, but this one is the best. Overall, this is definitely a five-star product.

I love it/best purchase!

Worth every penny. This has so many different compartments and easy to keep up with all my diabetes supplies for on the go. I use the small ice packs for insulin into the pouch on the inside (center) which works out great but there is an insulated compartment on one side that can be used as insulin cooler but I like to use the large pouch from the center. Honestly I am on insulin pump and I have many things I have to bring along when I go shopping etc. and this has worked out perfectly for me. In the past I’ve tried several other travel bags but this is my favorite bc its bigger and has more organization & functional details so I don’t have to bring a take along for the take along bc it is large enough for the day. When I travel for a week or longer I still bring this along with my larger carryall bags bc like I said, its great for in/out shopping & quick change insulin. I love it!

Has a nice strap for using as a shoulder bag too

This case has the storage I need for my diabetes supplies. I have to carry syringes, infusion sets and cartridges, a blood glucose meter, chargers for my pump, CGM and meter. This case has it all. Has a nice strap for using as a shoulder bag too.

Love the colors!

This has got to be neatest case for carrying my diabetic supplies I’ve seen to date… Not a boring color, has lots of storage and plenty of room for my flex-pins, needles, test strips, lancets and alcohol wipes. There is also room to carry to used items until I can get home to dispose of them safely.

My son absolutely loves it. I was nervous at first with the price and the chance he wouldn’t use it. He is in junior high and really needs something he can slide in and out of his back pack and bring home. He really liked that there was a product out there meant for his supplies and has used it non stop since at home and school. He enjoys showing is off. It endures plenty of use day and night and is still going strong. It’s really well made.

Good quality material as well

My sons first and only diabetic bag and we can’t live without it.. instead of having a supplies station at the house and in his diaper bag I keep everything in this bag and travel everywhere with it. Can’t live without it! Good quality material as well, durable

I have used many cases to carry my diabetes supplies to work, to the store, etc., and I have found that this one provides me the most flexibility for what I must carry, including glucose tablets in case my blood sugar drops. While it is the most expensive case available, it is the classiest looking. Having a choice of colors and the shoulder strap are the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this product.
