  1. Lite reading but not very helpful Bought this book on Amazon and sat down to read it. Frankly I could have gotten FAR more off of an internet bulletin board or newspaper.Its full of a lot of general information but thats it. If you want to know “be careful trimming your toenails, you could cut yourself” then you will like this book.For me it was just too full of quotes from other books, the ADA and things like the above. As well did not offer enough hard things that you could use to improve your situation.For quick reading and lots of generalizations its fine but not the book for me.
