    Who Knew (I did!) Did you know that cocoa powder has almost 10X as many antioxidants as blueberries? I did, becuase I read another book about the best 10 foods to eat, and chocolate was one of them, but this book gives you all the ammunition you need to psyche your body into eating and enjoying chocolate as a weight loss aide! The author makes the point that not all chocolate is created equally, and by choosing the right types of raw ingredients, you can make and eat a whole range of very yummy satisfying chocolate based treats that are not only good for you, but can actually help you lose weight.
