  1. Not specific enough in weights of food Too many fast foods and not enough individual products listed.Main problem is that many items do not have specific amountslike ounces or grams. Instead they are listed as generalitiessuch as average, one, medium, etc. What is medium for one may be large for another person, etc.which will throw off nutrients big time when trying to be accurate.I use a kitchen diet scale and to me it is very importantto have exact weights, so my counts of carbs and calories are exact. This book falls short in many instances.I would like to see a book listing exact weights in addition to thegeneralities so those of us who care, have the information available.

  2. The CalorieKing Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter I bought this for my Kindle. It is VERY hard to use. IF you can find what you want, you’re lucky. If after that, you want to find another item, you have to go back to the table of contents and start over again. It doesn’t go from one thing to another very well at all. Good luck with this one.
