Food Scale After getting the scale and putting on a banana, I found out that themorning banana I was eating has over 200 calories in it, which was doublewhat I thought I was eating, not to mention double the carbs too!If you have /never weighed your foods, you are in for a real treat….This scale also has a back light you can turn off or on, which is greatfor older eyes. It is Low profile, neat and has more information than mostof us would even want/need in a scale of this kind. Great scale, glad Ipicked this one over the others I looked at.

  2. I would highly recommend this scale. I absolutely love it!! I had some highlab results & my Dr. put me on a low carb, low sugar diet. I bought it forthat reason mainly so I could count those two things. I use it daily to alsomeasure serving amounts. I always have it on my counter top as I think itsvery sleek to look at.
